Could it be any sweeter?

Central Division Champs. But it doesn't happen until your last game of the season is over and you are waiting for your biggest opponent to lose. The fans are cheering like crazy and don't leave the dome after the game. Instead, they wait with you and cheer. To top it off, Joe Mauer wins the batting title, the first AL catcher to do so and the last Twin to even do it was Kirby, back in 1989. And top it off even more...we don't have to go to NY!

It just doesn't get any better then this when it comes to baseball. There's a feeling in the air that is reminiscent of the '87 team, but even more magical then that.

I'm going to get my homer hanky and t-shirt. Gotta be prepared for Game 1 (even though I'll be working.)
